 Olivya holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business. She is a Certified Life Coach from CLIA. Her career spans multiple industries and functional disciplines, with a focus on helping people achieve their goals in both their personal and professional lives. Her coaching style focuses on personal meaning and experience, with a pragmatic emphasis on practical application and action-oriented outcomes. This approach is often discussed in academic literature on coaching philosophy and methodology. For example, as a coach, she seeks to understand the client’s world from within their own frame of reference — a foundational element for building trust and clarifying what truly matters to the client. Clients are encouraged to experiment with new behaviors, observe the results, and refine their approach accordingly.  

We used our core skills, knowledge and experience for over 18 years to design a Model for Coaching and Leadership, which offers a powerful tool for training individuals and groups in personal life or organizational environments.
